Production time depends on the size and complexity of the piece. Small items may take few days to 1–2 weeks, while larger custom pieces like altars or furniture sets may take 3–6 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline upon order confirmation. 

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion. For large or custom orders, a staged payment plan can be arranged. 

Yes, we do! Whether it’s for temple festivals, religious events, weddings, or home renovations, we can handle large or multiple-piece orders. 

We recommend regular dusting with a soft cloth and using natural wood polish occasionally. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. We also provide a care guide with each product.

We take great care in packaging and handling, but if your item arrives damaged, we will either repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation. Please report damages within 24 hours of delivery with video of unboxing. 

Yes. We offer free basic consultations. For large projects (like full home interiors or temple structures), we can provide professional design mockups or site visits for a small fee. 

Yes. We are skilled in traditional wood carving and can replicate heritage styles, temple architecture, and cultural detailing based on your preferences. 

Absolutely. We create custom desks, reception counters, shelves, and decorative wood panels for cafes, offices, boutiques, and temples.
